Being in control of your wing and mastering it in all situations... that's Acro! The foundation of every successful pilot and a must for any ambitious newcomer. Training in basic maneuvers pays off and should be done regularly.

Do you want to improve your flying and expand your skills beyond SIV's ? Would you like to learn from experienced pilots and discuss technical subtleties? Then you've come to the right place!

Swiss Acro League admission requirements:

  • SHV/FSVL membership
  • Swiss Paragliding license
  • Membership in an acro club (ex. RNVL, ACBEO, ACZ)

Conditions for participation in training sessions with the Swiss Acro League:

The pilot must have:

  • A paragliding license and insurance
  • A life jacket
  • At least two reserve parachutes
  • Equipment appropriate to the pilot's skills level
  • Previous participation in at least one SIV course

Acro League Composition:

Cadre A

  • Cadre A is the elite of Swiss acro and represents us at international competitions.

Cadre B

  • Cadre B consists of advanced pilots who aspire to train at an international level.

Cadre C

  • Cadre C consists of new pilots who regularly participate in national competitions and are ambitious to move up in the league.

Talent Project

  • Talent Project is the Acro League's development program, in which young pilots are supported and promoted over a period of maximum four(4) years. The aim is to bring the young pilots to the top as quickly and safely as possible and to compete with Cadre A. Even after the development years, they should continue to represent Switzerland at the top.

Pilot's pool

  • The pilot pool consists of all pilots who are registered in the Swiss Acro League and thus benefit from the training and advantages of the Acro League.

The division into squads is based on results in national competitions and an assessment by league manager Vincent Tornare et SHV/FSVL elite sport manager Daniel Graf
