What happens when the best pilots of Switzerland in any discipline meet?

Well, the Mastery Day did tell us that. Concepts for tactical learning its well connected part, the mental aspects were created, developed, discussed and shared.

On the 25. january 2026 all pilots of every A - cadre were invited for a meet in Beatenberg. 12 Pilots from the Disciplines Delta, Competition, H&F and XC were present. Themes like mental aspects and tactical training seems for each of those disciplines very similar, so all these top pilots, after a short online briefing at the 14. january, were put together in person to meet.

The day was filled with 10% of theoretical input, 80% exchange and 10% of coffee and pizza. Even a short walk in the fresh air above the fog was possible.

That day was just a start for the pilots to get inspired by new ideas and concepts. At the top level, pushing it beyond and further is not done in just one day. So now the pilots needs to put into real the inspiration they exchanged that day. There is a need of thinking, analysing finding a way to structurise and - to make it happen - make a plan out of it. And every plan will be individual for each pilot, since the character of the topics are as different as many pilots were present.
